The problem is overcoming the resistance to removing the engine sheet metal.  Two solutions:

1) With the engine idling, drop a one hundred dollar bill into the fan.  Make sure your spouse sees you do this.  Retrieve all the napkin bits while you're getting the hundred dollar bill.

2) Stand behind the car sideways, exactly in the center.  With the engine running at a fast idle and the damper doors open, pour gasoline into the fan while also directing an open flame into the fan.  --J.B.
