<VV> License plate restoration

I got flooded with requests for info on restoring license plates. I have
another ratty set that need restoring. I will try to take pictures and do a
write-up on their restoration for the Vintage Times, the newsletter for
Orange County's Corvair chapter, Vintage Corsa. When it is done and posted
on the website, I will let you people know. I most likely won't get to it
until the September newsletter as I am editing the August issue now.
