<VV> CORSA

I have been deleting VV for a few weeks because I have been too busy but now I see that there has been lots of chatter about CORSA ans whether the magazine is worth it.
I personally find the Communique to be an excellent magazine when taking into account what they have to work with.  Maybe every other month would seem to be sufficient.
I don't understand the reluctance to change the dues structure.
$38 per year certainly will not break me.  2 tanks of gas will cost more than that and we are talking  about a hobby that has owners spending thousands of dollars to bring their cards up to their satisfaction.
Ya, the members are getting to old and younger people are needed.  When you drive a Corvair it attacks attention like no other car I have seen.
I don't think that members put much effort into expanding interest.  Maybe they are just interested in doing their own thing.  I know I was disappointed 2-3 years ago when I was the only Corvair to show up for a parade even though the Club publicized it.

Raise the dues a little, cut the magazine to 6 per year and get out on the road more.  Our local newspapers do a great job of keeping the readers up on various car clubs and cruises but I don't recall ever seeing much about Corvairs.
