<VV> dues increase

Fellow Members, Before we all start a spirited debate on the topic of a dues
increase I think you should all refer to your Jan. 2008 Communique, page 7.
That page contains a 2006 Accounting review of the finances of CORSA. If I
am reading the report right CORSA had a budget deficit of $16,345 in 2006.
If we are still following that trend you can all see where CORSA is headed.
I have not seen CORSA's statements for 2007 and 2008 to prove that point.
But if in fact that is the case, than maybe a dues increase is needed, to at
least get us through this next year or two so more solutions can be
researched to fix this problem.
