<VV> dues increase

I was Corsa President when the dues were raised from $27 to $35. We lost some members but bottom line gained some revenues.Personally, if there has to be  a dues increase, make it to $50 now. Corsa will likely lose the same members that would be lost by going to $45.     
    That said, Sarah mentioned fat in the Corsa budget. I believe that the three largest expenditures are 1-insurance, 2-management, and 3-printing/mailing the Communique.Two of these three are pretty well fixed. Management looks like a large amount on paper but I doubt that a less expensive team can be found that can actually handle the job.So, again bottom line ,the answer is raise revenues. A $12 per year, $1 per month,  increase is not much. 
    The budget for the upcoming year and the last years financial statement used to  appear in the Communique to give the membership an idea of our financial picture I think that practice may have been stopped because no one read it and it took up lots of room.
