I'll second that - there are very large numbers of them here, because the
exchange rate is very favourable, as Nick says (although the shipping costs
are very high). I have a friend from SA and he has recently imported 5 or 6
of his own cars from back home, but he says that he made very little money
because it cost him so much to ship them.
The reason I bring cars from the USA is because, although they cost a bit
more to buy, the shipping is almost free ($900 for my 37 Terraplane from
Jersey City to Liverpool, which is considerably less than it would have cost
to drive it the same distance!).
The 8-door cost me $1200 or so to ship, because they go on volume, and the
8-door pretty much fills the cube of air it occupies!
