For those on the West Coast, there are alternatives; California Corvairs in  
Corona (about 90 miles from L.A.)--that's Jeff Williams---------then Larry's  
Corvair Parts in Gardena (they have their old inventory and also that of 
Marty's  Corvair Parts (remember him-he's working for a dealership in Vegas  
now)------then LSCorvair--that's Larry Shapiro, who used to run Larry's Corvair  
Parts--he's got a new shop in Harbor City, down by the port of LA..
 
Between these gentlemen, you should be able to get just about everything  you 
need for your 'Vair.
