A couple of observations:

1.  The CORSA Tech Guide has a section on how to convert a Corsa cluster to Powerglide with some minor cutting.  The result can look like that PG shifter belongs there :=)
2.  I know of at least one '69 Monza that was converted into a Corsa.  It got lots of positive attention from us '69 folks.  Hey, I converted my '69 into a Monza SS.  There are so many customized Corvairs, everyone feels they can personalize their car as they see fit.
