Well, you could try interesting meetings instead of boring ones <grin>

Seriously, Mark, without meetings how does the "business" of the club 
get taken care of?  Are these matters entrusted to the officers?  How 
do you have elections?  And so on.

My local club switched from monthly business meetings to quarterly 
business meetings a few years ago, with monthly activities and events 
as you suggest.  But we seem to think that the quarterly business 
meetings are important, to permit the members to have input, so I am 
curious as to how you handle it there in Ohio.
