Yes! -- you really don't probably want to fight with that u-joint yoke 
on the end of the axle, especially if you are just having trouble with 
the wheel cylinder -- a nice place to use brass or stainless replacement 
bolts  to hold on the rear cylinders --  also seems, iirc (which is 
another issue), 1960's at least used clutch head (aka "butterfly") 
machine screws to hold on the rear cylinders -- if you have those and 
they are still original on either coast or somewhere in-between, you 
probably just need a drill motor and sharp drill to take the heads off, 
and replacement cylinders.
