<VV> Early rear wheel cyl removal

Thanks Jay, I'll take off the axle and see what I can find.  One  
thing I can't find is any sign of any other fastener - there aren't  
any bolt holes in the new cylinder.  With the axle out of the way it  
will be easier to get at the cylinder, that's for sure.
