<VV> 64 heads

64 heads were by them selves in size , it was the first year for 164 cu  
inch. the later cylinders are the same inside , but improved thicker at gasket 
 surface. if it was me , i would want the correct head or get yours 
repaired by a  person that knows corvair repairs.
 i think there was an article on using late heads on earlies in "how  to 
hot rod corvairs".
if all else fails , i MAY have one here.  next problem is to find  it.
anyhow , dont rush into it , do not cob it!. do it right the first  
time...so maybe there wont be a second time.
