<VV> Passports

I recall that the 4 clubs - Buffalo convention billed itself as 
International.  That one was pretty darn close to Canada - without needing a 
passport.  My eyes are not a good as Sarah Palin's, bit I actually COULD see 
Canada from Niagara.
