Since the left turn signal and left brake lamp are the same circuit from
the turn signal switch to the tail lamp filament & ground, if the turn
signal has no intermittent problem, it is the turn signal switch. Now,
since the turn signal flashes, there could be an intermittent that is
not as noticeable, but I doubt it, as that would also affect the flash rate.
