<VV> New Forum

The Virtual Corvair Club (http://www.virtualcorvairclub.com/) has had this
setup for years. No one used it. I, for one however, would love to have VV
migrate to this style. Whether it's VCC or CF doesn't matter to me, but
there already is a TON of info in VCC.
