I'll scan some of the CORSA publications. As I mentioned, I have all  
of them except for the first one after the Preliminaries. I can go  
them in any format but suggest PDF's as probably the one to use.

The only stipulation I'll set is that only CORSA members have access  
to them. Others can decide how that is handled.

One more comment. Years ago, the Preliminaries were reprinted.  
Something like this could be done again. The Preliminaries are just  
black and white on plain white paper and would be easy to reprint.  
They offer interesting insight into the formation of CORSA. I don't  
know how many would buy a set of four for perhaps $10, but it wouldn't  
require a lot of capital to do.
