Why isn't that leadership coming from the paid 
taff?

We are not paying them for "leadership." The board has relied on Harry and Mike to do more than they are supposed to for years. The results have been both good and bad. One of the bad things is that the board, in general, has forgotten that they are the leaders of CORSA. That is my opinion based on my time on the board.
