It's a very simple poll. Too simple. 2 options...

I agree - Increase the dues to $75
I disagree - if the dues are increased, I'm out
The REAL question should be, "If CORSA increased dues to $75 per year, what's in it for me?

Although it would be tough given the current economy, I would consider paying increased dues IF there was a corresponding increase in services/benefits. But it would have to be something of REAL value because I have to choose...$75 to CORSA...or invest in gold...or groceries...

I'm concerned that if CORSA increases dues that it will may end up with a net revenue loss due to loss of members. If CORSA needs to increase revenue, it should do so by increasing membership. It's better for the long term. We should be seriously CELEBRATING CORVAIR'S GOLDEN ANNIVERSARY to attract attention!! So let's party hearty and remind everyone that the 1960 Corvair was Motor Trend's Car of the Year!!! If we don't blow our own horn, no one else will.

Most people know what a Camaro and a Mustang is because they are everywhere (but a Corvair will steal the show!). There are 2 generations who have never seen and don't know what a GREAT and SPECIAL car the Corvair really is. And, yes, we have to work a little harder to win the hearts of some misguided soles, but hey, we can't win'em all. The Corvair has been undervalued as a collector car and under appreciated. We have do everything we can to change that perception.

We need to think way outside the box. Maybe we could get Susan Boyle to sing "Corvair Baby". You got a better idea? Let's hear it...
