I think he is slowing down some.  He is not a young man.  There were 
a LOT of people writing in letters (published on CORSA and on the 
Internet) complaining about his odd advertisements.  I never 
understood that.  CORSA has financial problems, and every 
advertisement they get helps keep them in business.  I believe that 
over the years Charlie has been a substantial contributor in dollars 
to CORSA through those ads.  So I support him, even if he is a half 
bubble off of plumb.  I hope he did not take insult and just 
stop.  Perhaps someone could write him or I'll drop by next time I am 
in Phoenix (not often) and check things out.  If he does quit I hope 
someone gets his HUGE inventory and makes sure it does not get hauled 
to the dump.  I met an older guy here in the Verde Valley who -- 
weeks before I met him -- through out (as in scrap yard) 200 engines 
including 140, 150, 180.  He through out 3,000 lbs of 
screws/nuts/bolts in bins (as did Jeff at CA Corvairs when he 
moved).  He threw out a similar number of transmissions and about 50 
cars in various states of repair.  Piles of A/C parts, generators, 
alternators, starters, trim, all "re-cycled" at the scrap yard.  I 
hope Charlie's never goes that way.  Eric
