Dave, JR is right. It depends on if you want to go with white walls.
Firestone FR 380 and Hankook both sell a 185 80 R13 that would fit your
wheels, but the down side is tread width. Most people go with a 14 or 15
inch wheel to get the wider tires.

I bought my Hankook 174's from www.onlinetires.com for under $46 each plus
shipping.  They also list the Fr380 and a Maxxis tire.
Others have used www.tireseasy.com.
