<VV> Oil and filter the simple way

Hi Arjay,

After looking around a bunch of websites (including Castrol's), I  
think I have a simple answer.  If it doesn't  explicitly say - either  
on the bottle or on the spec sheet - "recommended for flat tappet  
engines", then I'll pass.  There are several oils that do so, pick one  
that suits you.
