<VV> Oil and filter the simple way

Hi All:
I've noticed a bunch of posts detailing the proper oil to use in a Corvair, most of which was technical enough to make my head hurt. So, maybe someone will tell me the simple way....
I Use Castrol 10-30. Is there anything to look for on the container that tells me it's the right Castrol?
Also, anyone remember the number for a NAPA filter?
The car is a 1964, Corvair, Monza, Convert, 
Auto with the 110 engine with about 93,000 miles.
Been using Castrol for years with no problem, but the oil posts caught my attention....have I been using the wrong stuff?
