<VV> Ultravan Thermocouple

Sir, the thermocouple generates a very small electrical current, which is
read as temp on your gauge. I have repair these in the past by opening the
crimp where the wire attach, and re-attaching the slightly shorten wire
(1/4 inch or so). It never made a visible difference in the temp reading.
Keep the two wire apart where they enter the crimp.
