Wonder if the folks driving late sixties Vettes feel the same way?
Would those era Vette brakes on a Corvair be an upgrade? Four piston,
massive (heavy) ventilated rotors, power assist, modern pads ... A
stock Vair would stop just as quick.

How much of an upgrade would one need to improve the braking performance
-- 15" Brembos?

What are 60-0 times/distance for a WRX STI or that top end 'Vette
beater' Caddy sportster? They both have 'awesome looking' brakes (and
Big Wheels) ...

Thirty years ago, we used to use the "metallic" linings on the tow
trucks, and they worked well, considering and comparatively ...

More upgrades: I hear in hot rod land that there is an outfit with a
new electric assisted steering system out that is all the rage (I'm
not saying our Corvairs need power steering, but ... ).
