<VV> corvair washer pump

On the 68 Monza that I converted to a Kelmark V8Vair, the washer pump must
be a newer design as it has always had lots of pressure and the jets go
quite a ways up the front window.  Mind you, they don't do hit so high, when
I get over 80 mph.

That seems to be the way they work, I've never been able to get it going on
