<VV> am range extender minimal corvair

Doe anybody know if anybody makes a decent am range extender.  My father 
in law loves baseball and the nearest station that broadcasts Yankee 
games comes in spotty.  During the day yes, at night no.  XM does not 
carry the broadcaster he wants.

Required corvair content.

When we go around in my vair I can install the same device in my car, so 
he will be happy.
