While there are lots of shops rebuilding Corvair engines, probably the closest one to you  in Quebec is Bill Cotrofeld Automotive, in East Arlington, VT.  Phone # 802-375-6782.  They have been fixing Corvairs a long time.  Amazingly, there's also a CORSA chapter in East Arlington, VT, the Vermont Independent Corvair Enthusiasts, also ones in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.  Best to look for information/contacts through the CORSA website.
