<VV> leaking head gasket

subtle noise at first , let it go and you will end up with burned cylinder  
edges and head damage. i have one apart right now that was caught just in  
time.
someone in the past put (jammed?) late gaskets in an early turbo head. not  
sure how long it has lasted (owner does not know history ) , but it aint 
pretty  right now.
