<VV> 1967 500 Coupe Powerglide problems

Can't say for sure, but powerglides have this notorious issue with a broken e-clip within the valve body just inside the transmission pan.
Also if you removed the powerglide shift cable from the trans housing, there are specific way that it is to be reinserted.
