<VV> CORSA dues increase?

Hi Tim,
I'm confused. Can you please explain the CORSA dues increase? Were the dues  
increased or not?
 
In the April Communique, page 11, Secretary Sarah, reports that the dues  
increase was NOT approved and the subject was tabled until 1 April. Was this an  
April Fools joke? 
 
In the same issue, you state that the dues increase goes into effect in  
August. So which is it?
