<VV> Colorado Corsa coupe

Just curious, someone sent me (from a Mopar list) a photo of a Corsa coupe he spotted in a parking lot in CO.   White, Nova rally wheels, dash plaque says "Rocky Mountain Corsa", nice car.  

The photo suggests some interesting driveline irregularities, primarily the lower valance panel up front which has a grill in it, suggesting a radiator.  It's hard to see inside the back seat area of the car although it appears to have a fabric covered bench seat in front, can't see the back seat area very well although if there's a "kit" doghouse there it's well hidden...  nor is there evidence of a 'Vair engine in the engine bay around back.   No Crown front fiberglas seat evident, looks like a stock bench covered with large checked fabric.    Anybody know this car?
