I visited Victoria for the Corvairitis treatment day (thanks Kent!) -  
the weather was utterly beautiful during the day and chilly at night  
- I found jeans and t-shirt during the days and a lined windbreaker  
for the evenings just right.

If that event was any indication, those folks know how to put on a  
great event!
