How do I do prime the oiling system before startup ?

Re : Prime the carbs :

I used a siphon on the fuel lines at the filter inlets to pull the gas
up to that point.
I guess a little in the carb could help even more.

You should also prime the oiling system before startup.  I'd also  
suggest filling the carbs with gas via the vent holes if you have a  
mechanical pump.
