<VV> where's YOUR Fanbelt Toss this Year? - What do you mean, "Where ?"

I moved to So Cal in 1995 and I think it's been Palm Springs ever since,
so I kind of got used to it.

I may have missed prior posts since I saw the "Subject" line (until now)
and just took it as a reminder that it was coming up and not to miss it.

Never occurred to me that it was being moved out of reach !

This one grabbed my attention by asking "Where's YOUR GWFBT ?" 

What do you mean "Where ?"  
Why ask such a silly question ?
It's in Palm Springs, of course !

Is anyone else believing that it will OF COURSE be in Palm Springs, only
to find no one there when they arrive ?

Or is it just me ? (probably just me)

Just last week it was posted that this is a ONE TIME   experiment!  To
get 
MORE EXPOSURE for Corvairs by holding it in  conjunction with a HUGE
swapmeet / 
  Entertainment   Exposition!  This Orange County thing is HUGE!!
 
The Toss is handled by ALL  the SoCal  Clubs... taking turns  "Running
it"  
year by year...and taking responsibility for certain  aspects other
years...
 
My 1st  Toss was held in Indio Calif. 1989...... then went  "back???"
to PS  
a few years later?
