<VV> spark plug insert-repair

 From what I see in the picture you have what is called Save-A-Thread, 
offered at your NAPA parts store under their name. Part number 770-3221. 
I have used these in the past with great success. This one is obviously 
installed improperly. An easy - out should remove this incorrect 
installation with little or no difficulty. The insert comes with a tap 
and a tool that seats the insert after it is properly installed by 
tapping it with a hammer.
