Well they are similar but different. The 3856632 is a '64 110 hp head with a combustion chamber of 50.6270cc (per Bob Kirkman's article in the Tech Guide)
The 3795960 head is a 1961 98 hp head (not '62-63) with a 45.9984 cc combustion chamber.
You can calculate the CR from these figures but I'd say it's around 8.5 to 9.0 depending which head your are speaking of, using a 145 cid engine.
