<VV> VV ChairPerson

To all in VV land,

I am pleased to announce a new VirtualVair chairperson; Mike Iones. As a 
brief introduction, Mike Iones has been a member of VV since the winter of 
97-98, and is a member of CORSA and various other CORSA Chapters. I'll let 
Mike fill in all the other details. I hope Mike is able to bring a fresh 
perspective to VV and help lead it to new heights. Thanks to all of VVOrg 
for their input and great work and specail thanks to all the past VV 
Chairpersons.
