That Brake  is dragging... or the hub bearing is bad [ unlikely  ].  Inspect 
it!
 
The oil...since you have a PG  is the front Main seal... it gets  Black from 
dirt in the bellhousing.
 
Get your "group" together for a Tech Session.. PG  engines almost  fall out 
of a car!
