if you are talking about the wrinkle finish , clarks has it , or local  radio 
/electronics supply would have it for radio panel repair.
it takes practice to do a nice job , so do not start with your dash.   the 
secret seems to be mostly in temperature and even light coats at the right  time 
between them.  i have all earlies so my background is on nice flat  radio 
panels.  hot is better. paint and panel.
