<VV> cam suggestion

Regarding the cam, the stock cam in the stock engine works pretty  
well.  I wouldn't go bigger than a 270 duration cam on an otherwise  
stock engine.

I'm curious about the new cylinders too.  Hopefully someone will try  
them and post a report.
