<VV> Drive your Corvair Day... I'm getting closer !

Well, my 67 Monza hasn't actually made it to the pavement yet, but she's
getting closer !

She's on a "non-op" registration right now, but that will change after I
actually get her to fire up.

The engines tries to fire, but won't catch. 

Question :

Should the choke butterflies be open or closed during a cold start ?
More air, or less air ?

A few more 'activities' (such as brakes and some other minor details) to
follow after this.
