I forgot to copy the list

Beat the bolt out with a hammer, remove the rubber with a knife.  Usually they will just fall apart.  Some of the plastic ones are made to go inside the metal shell so you don't have to remove it, others you have to remove the shell which can be a bitch without a press.  You wi9ll have the drag link off which will make it easier.  I'm not sure which bushing Cal is selling, but Lon was selling both sizes.
