<VV> 304 Cam lift

Hey gang!
   
  Does anyone know the lift (at the cam lobe) for a 304 cam, and what the wear limit is?
   
  I read in the Tech guide that it has slightly less lift than the 891, but I have not found good consistent data anywhere. 
   
  My manual gives .260 lift for the 891, and a wear limit of .253.
