<VV> Ohio & antique tags-Was PA registration

Trish, I live in Ohio, too-Dayton now, but I grew up in the Cleveland area. 
I can't speak for enforcement around here, but reading what the law said 
about antique plates makes me think it's worth the $50 a year to drive my 
Corvair to work, the grocery store, bank, etc. anytime I want without the 
risk of being hassled.
