    That's what happens when we let foreigners control  our oil supply!  Over 
60% of our oil is IMPORTED.  Thanks to the rabid  environmentalists among us, 
we can't drill for our OWN oil in Alaska or off US  shores.  Did you know 
that the Chinese are preparing to drill for oil 60  mles off Florida in Cuban 
waters?  But WE are not allowed to do  so in OUR waters since it might cause 
environmental damage to something.   We haven't built a refinery in the US in 35 
YEARS!!  If you think $4  gasoline is high, you ain't seen nothin' yet!!
