<VV> 5-40 tap

i found the 5-40 tap plus other very small taps , both metric and us  
standard at my local hobby(model airplanes and trains etc)  shop.
they also have a great assortment of hard to find small hardware.
otherwise it was special order at napa  , or drive extra to machine  shop 
suppliers.
