<VV> Harmonic balancers

I do not have any drawings of the tin pulley or the solid pulley.
Part 3850971 is a harmonic balancer with spec. must take 150 ft.lbs.
torque.
3851262 balancer must take 225 ft.lbs. torque and has a "C" stamped on
it.
According to the 1970 parts book I have, the balancer is only used on
140HP or turbo engines.
It doesn't specify manual trans or Powerglide. I think the balancer was
designed to keep the
crankshafts from breaking at high RPM's and 110HP or lower engines
didn't need it.
I have seen plenty of 95HP engines with solid pulleys.
