<VV> harmonic balancer on 95 h.p.?

Inquiring minds want to know where all those cast pulleys came from if all
164 engines used harmonic  balancers. Early engines used the steel riveted
pulleys AFAIK.

Ernie,
Your car came with the 2-piece harmonic damper, so I recommend that you use

one.
