<VV> convertible top window care

This might sound strange, but the most important thing to prolong the 
windows life is keep it out of sunlight.  It is the only bio iand light 
degradable plastic known!      Back before I had a garage I put on a new 
top.  First year was clear, next year cloudy, next year a nice golden brown, 
and then it shatted into hundreds of pieces.  I should add I live up here in 
tropical Minnesota.
