<VV> PG with 140

I have a 62 sedan that has a 140 hp that was originally in a 65 with a four speed. I am running the engine with only two primary carbs that I set up for a 110 hp engine. The engine runs great in my sedan and launches very nicely from dead stops. If I use launch control (step on the brakes while I rev the engine), I can smoke quicker cars from a stop. I am aware of the issues related to cam and timing, but my car doesn't seem to have any problems and doesn't seem "doggy" when I take off from a start.
